Hi Rasta, love this. I have one little correction. It's not the actual curry that contain curcumin but turmeric. Curry is a combination of spices with different varieties of the product. Some curries are red or green and do not have turmeric only the curries that contain that yellow product turmeric.

Good catch, I thought that curry was only made from turmeric, I'll try to fit that in.

Blessings rasta 1, there you go , now I can see WD heading to the health food store.

Many many years ago when I was involved in very serious sessions about antioxidants and free radicals, need you to imagine what I had to go through , that time the big seller was this product by that German doctor called Gerovital h3 . was selling for $90 for 30 tabs , now its %15 or so the ampules was $150. that was about 25 years ago.

It's amazing what I see these days and the need for fresh education. Keep up your work.

Blessings.

I like about half of the foods on this list such as chocolate and curry, and dislike the other half. But I think I better load up on the likable half as I get older and the memory starts to fade. Voting this Up and Useful.

Where is my response? I just heard based on who you follow your scores can eventually be lowered , I guess they know more than we do , but I tell you what scores for me, is not part of the objective.

What going on Sky, If you follow someone with a low hubscore or follow to much people in a short time, then it will affect your score.

Seems as if Hp was aware of something from the past , because I saw quite a few who were following everyone disappeared, don't really know much about the laws , but Hp want to make sure that everyone remembers that this is there out, their venue and they knew how people would react . I wrote a nice piece in reaction to all this . Thought I would see that reader , the one every time he appears on you hub , it's taken down. I had to send him an e/mail which he has never responded to, some in the way of ?

Bless.
